We are all unique, and life can present us with complex and varied life challenges. The type of support you need will depend on what difficulties you are facing. You might feel confused as to why you feel the way you do, be living with a long standing issue you wish to explore or be dealing with an unexpected event or crisis in your life.
My role is to offer you a safe and confidential space where you can speak openly about what’s troubling without fear of being judged. We will begin by exploring what you are struggling with and how it’s affecting your life.
Therapy is different for everyone and can be open ended or time limited, depending on your needs. Initially I recommend attending weekly sessions so we establish a good working relationship. While we focus on what is troubling you in the present, I also work within the context of your personal history to help identify unhelpful and often unconscious beliefs that are most likely contributing to the ongoing patterns or difficulties. The therapeutic process is collaborative and creative, we work together to develop insight, support change, and build resilience, alongside the use of practical tools and skills to manage difficult emotions .
Sessions take place in person in Kensal Green, NW London where there is off street parking available and/or via Zoom.
Sessions cost from £90 for 50 minutes, longer sessions are available by arrangement. I offer a limited number of concessionary places where possible to those on a low income.
